On average, it can take between 4 and 9 months to build a new home, depending on the complexity of the construction process and any unforeseen complications. While certain house designs are attached to specific plots of land, you can customise a variety of aspects of the build. If the package is already design-approved, you may not be able to change the floor plan, or the actual size of the house - customisation options differ between different designs. However, many of our house and land packages include a consultation with the interior designer, who can help you achieve the look you're after.
