Costs will vary based on block size and home design - we’ve included starting prices on our available packages to provide a rough idea of the value of our house and land packages. Acreage blocks on the Tablelands are typically larger, offering excellent value per square metre.

Are the homes already built?

No. Our Atherton Tablelands packages are off-the-plan. The images shown are a representation of the design. We will begin construction once the contracts are signed and the deposit is transferred.

Our Cougar Complete range provides customisation across curated colour schemes - for wider customisation of the layout, we have the Freedom range, which comes with a consultation with our interior designer to modify the design of your future home to your needs.

Is there a warranty for house and land packages?

Yes - our Atherton Tablelands house and land packages are covered under the Queensland Home Warranty Scheme (QHWS), which provides warranties of up to 6 years for structural defects and up to 6 months for non-structural defects.
