Our advertised House & Land packages showcase one of our homes positioned on a developer or agent’s available block of land. These packages are a great starting point to help you visualise what can be achieved on a particular site.

Importantly, construction has not yet commenced, so it’s not too late to choose a different design if you’d prefer something that better suits your needs, lifestyle or budget. We can tailor the home to suit you. With this option, you would enter into two separate contracts — one for the purchase of the land, and a separate building contract for the construction of your new home.
