The Cougar Complete range offers exceptional value, with pricing significantly lower than our standard Freedom price homes. These homes are designed as a cost-effective, streamlined option, providing the same high-quality craftsmanship Cougar Homes is known for, at a more economical price.
To achieve these savings, we’ve secured agreements with our drafting, engineering, trades, and suppliers. These homes follow a simplified process where you select your design and one of three professionally curated colour schemes (Coastal, Classic, or Contemporary), ensuring a stylish and hassle-free build.
This range is perfect for first-home buyers, investors, or those wanting to stay within a set budget—without compromising on quality. For those wanting to customise finishes and make changes to the floor plan, our Freedom range is better suited. I have attached a comparison brochure for reference.

The key is to find a layout that works for you, and from there, we can make any necessary adjustments. Our Freedom inclusions, provide a high-quality finished home and unlike many builders, we include features as standard that other builders consider upgrades, such as:
